Most people know who Robert Lewis is most affectionately known as Bubby whether you realize it or not. Playing and recording with some of the best in the industry this guy is a force to be reckoned with. In his music comes the whole galaxy... Literally...Influences from video games, gospel, comics, anime, there is a taste for everyone and everyone will enjoy their morsel. My favorite track is probably Fortress of Solitude as it is a musical journey all its own. Now  the negative to this album is it's too short. Granted it has 25 songs. However, the journey seems to go by too fast. So Bubby if you're reading chop chop on another album.

What Happens when Snarky Puppy, Rachmaninoff, Robert Glasper, and some aliens from mars get into a lab and cook up a test tube baby? Out pops Anomalie hailing from the great city of Montreal. This dude is an utter mad man and I wish I could play like him. With sweet classical, jazzy, hard hitting beats and amazing lead lines every note this kid plays is utter perfection. Don't believe me?
